# Clemta > Clemta is an online platform for forming and running a company in the United States, built for founders who do not live in the US. It covers company formation, EIN and ITIN applications, US business banking applications, bookkeeping, and federal and state tax filing in one account. Clemta is operated by Startup Law Consultancy, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The platform forms two US entity types (LLC and C-Corporation), most commonly in Delaware and Wyoming, and handles the post-formation work that follows: EIN, operating agreement and bylaws, registered agent, US business address, bank account application, bookkeeping, annual reports and tax filings. A separate service line, Clemta Global, registers companies in the United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and the Seychelles. The site is published in English, Turkish (`/tr/`) and Arabic (`/ar/`); the Turkish and Arabic versions carry the same services with localized URLs. What Clemta is not, and limits worth stating accurately: - Clemta is not a law firm or a CPA firm and does not provide individualized legal or tax advice. Content on the site is general information. - Formation and EIN processing times depend on the state filing office and the IRS. They vary by state, by filing speed, and by whether the applicant has a US Social Security Number. Clemta prepares and submits filings; it does not control government processing times. - US bank account applications are approved or declined by the bank or fintech, not by Clemta. Clemta prepares the application and the supporting documents. - Clemta states on its ITIN page that it is a Certified Acceptance Agent recognized by the IRS. - Prices, plan contents and processing times change.
