Three models. Referral Program: you refer founders and earn a monthly commission. Whitelabel Program: you resell Clemta's services to your own customers at your own prices, through the Partner API or an embedded form. Custom: corporate programs, strategic collaborations, and anything else we build together.
Sign up in a few minutes and get a referral link and promo code. Your audience buys at Clemta's retail prices with your discount applied, and you earn a commission on every purchase they make, up to $1,151.60 per referral (40% at the top volume tier on a $2,879 Premium package sale), paid out monthly. Clemta handles billing and support.
Once your application is approved, you get a partner price book: a price per product, set for your partnership. You sell to your customers at whatever price you choose and bill them yourself. Every order you create is a line on a single invoice from Clemta at the end of the month.
Both are part of the Whitelabel Program. With the Partner API you build company formation and services into your own product. With the embedded form there is nothing to build: your team fills Clemta's formation form inside the partner dashboard, or you publish it on your site in an iframe, under your brand or with "Powered by Clemta".
Not unless you want them to. In the Whitelabel Program, your customers deal only with you: Clemta sends them no emails, texts, or notifications, and the hosted identity and signing pages carry your brand. In the Referral Program, your referrals become Clemta customers.
You offer Clemta's company formation, tax, and compliance services under your own brand, end to end. Your customers get our full back office while the experience stays entirely yours. It's a fit for accelerators, agencies, and platforms with their own customer base.
